At Radha Rani Designer Suits, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests received after dispatch may not be accepted.
2. Cancellation Request Timeline
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment or dispatch confirmation.
Once the order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
3. Orders Already Dispatched
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Replacement Policy for available options.
4. Cancellation by Radha Rani Designer Suits
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing or product information errors
- Payment verification issues
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Technical errors
- Operational limitations
Customers will be informed if such cancellation occurs.
5. Incorrect Address or Customer Information
If incorrect shipping information, contact details, or address information is provided, we may attempt to contact the customer for clarification.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in order delays, cancellation, or additional charges where applicable.
6. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been received, a refund may be processed.
Where packaging, handling, or other operational costs have already been incurred, applicable charges may be deducted before processing the refund.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 1–7 business days, depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
7. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to order status verification.
Orders that have already been dispatched will not be eligible for cancellation.
8. Customized and Special Orders
Customized, made-to-order, or specially prepared orders may be cancelled only if production, packing, or dispatch has not yet begun.
Once processing has started, cancellation requests may be refused.
9. Non-Cancellable Situations
Cancellation requests may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Order has already been dispatched.
- Product has been specially manufactured or customized.
- Order is under shipment with the courier partner.
- Fraud prevention or verification procedures are in progress.
